Found Horizon Appliance Repair online while I was looking for a furnace repair service here in Vista, CA. Our furnace was acting up, and with cooler nights coming, I needed it fixed fast. Called them up, and they scheduled me in no time. The tech showed up right on time, which isn't always the case with service folks, so that was a relief. He checked out the furnace, explained what was off, and got straight to work. Noticed he had everything with him, saving time on any runs back and forth. Honestly, felt like he knew his stuff. The furnace repair didn’t take long, and it was back humming nicely before I knew it. Couldn’t be happier with how smooth the whole thing went down. If you need reliable furnace repair, these guys should be on your list. Probably the best appliance service experience I've had around here.
